What this document is
Reference document NTY-CGL-2026-001, issue A, published on 25 October 2026 by NORMATYS, owner of the Effinature standard. It sets out the terms on which any certification body may apply the Effinature HVE addendum, which verifies the ecological management of the green spaces of operations in use. The Nouvelle Construction (NCO), Évolution (EVO) and Horizon (HOR) standards are outside its scope.
Main terms
- Open to any certification body accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 by a signatory of the European recognition agreements for a scope covering the addendum, or that has applied for such accreditation (no certificate before accreditation).
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, on the same terms for every licensed body, IRICE included; no selection, no cap on numbers, no network membership.
- Right to grant certified clients the right to use the Effinature trademark for Effinature HVE certification, under the trademark usage rules.
- Obligations: apply the adopted version without changing its requirements; recognise ecologists who meet the addendum's criteria or an equivalent qualification; report certificate decisions for the public list; report any change in accreditation.
- Free of charge until NORMATYS publishes a fee schedule that is the same for all and independent of control results and of any contributions or credits.
- Three-year term, renewable; suspended or ended with the body's accreditation.
