NORMATYS is the trade name of DAVANTI, entered in the Trade and Companies Register. NORMATYS is not a company separate from DAVANTI: it is the same legal person, designated by its trading name.

The standards published on this site are owned by DAVANTI, which publishes them under its trade name NORMATYS. The Effinature, BPS and CBCA trademarks are owned by NORMAXIS and used under licence.

DAVANTI is a company of the NORMAXIS group. This membership is public. DAVANTI and IRICE, the certification body, are two separate companies within the group; the separation is functional (see the separation of roles table).
