Data controller

NORMATYS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,000, Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register 878 397 595, publisher of normatys.org, is the controller for the processing operations described below.

Applications to the scheme committee and contributions to public consultations are not collected on this site: they are received by IRICE on behalf of NORMATYS, under IRICE's privacy policy.

Publication of consultation work

The demonstration of consultation required by Directive (EU) 2024/825 rests on working documents whose publication is non-nominative: neither the composition of the scheme committee nor the names of contributors are published on this site. Such publication is not required by any text and would expose individuals with no compliance gain.

Where a record of decisions or a table of responses to comments is published, it is published with names and contact details redacted. Contributors are informed of this when they submit a contribution.

Processors and recipients

Hosting: Contabo GmbH, Welfenstraße 22, 81541 Munich, Germany (server located in the European Union). Backups: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union). Email and domain names: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland, a country recognised by a European Commission adequacy decision). Audience measurement: a Matomo instance self-hosted by the NORMAXIS group. No other transfer outside the European Union, no transfer of data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. They are exercised with IRICE, which handles incoming requests on behalf of NORMATYS: irice-certification.com/en/contact. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no advertising cookie and loads no third-party tracking service. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, European Union), which receives the visitor's IP address in the process, without setting any cookie. Strictly necessary cookies and the A/B test cookie are exempt from consent under the rules of the French data protection authority (CNIL); audience measurement is active by default and you can object to it at any time below.

Audience measurement uses Matomo, installed on the NORMAXIS group's servers in the European Union. It is active from your arrival on the site, unless you object to it (banner or button below). It records the pages viewed, the links clicked, the referring site, the town derived from the IP address, the type of device and browser, and the IP address. It only serves to produce traffic statistics for the publisher of the site and for the NORMAXIS group, whose sites share one measurement: moving from one to another is linked by an identifier passed in the link, so as to follow the path between them. The data are neither sold nor passed on outside the group nor used for advertising. Visit data are kept for as long as the site is operated, in order to follow changes in its traffic. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the group's companies in knowing how their sites are used; you can object at any time below, which stops measurement on this site.
